Going to Product Earth 2016 has shown us the potential of the UK Cannabis community to come together and celebrate the benefits of cannabis. The cannabis expo/festival itself is the result of the hard work of just 6 people (3 internal organisers, 3 external organisers), plus the events staff needed to put everything together. With such low resources, you'd expect some serious limitations, but we found Product Earth was a well-planned and rewarding weekend that gave valuable insight into the UK's Cannabis Industry.
After hearing all about the Barcelona Cannabis Clubs Scene, it was about time we ventured to the famous Catalonian city to see what all the fuss was about.
Last night we attended the second instalment of  the LEAP (Law Enforcement Against Prohibition) event Stop and Search, this time focusing on Cannabis Reform and Grassroot Revolutions.

Over the past week, we have seen (comparatively) positive cannabis features on both The Daily Mail and The Mirror asking whether legalisation may be the sensible way forward, and this shows just how much the media over here in the UK is beginning to shift.
As we continue our fight to legalise cannabis both for medicinal and recreational purposes in the UK, other countries are steaming ahead with the green industry. One country that has had a legal cannabis scene for a few years now is Spain, where cannabis social clubs are legally allowed to operate on a private member’s club basis.
Last night we attended a podcast called 'Stop and Search' in association with LEAP UK, a new live event where they record a monthly show discussing current drugs laws.
According to police figures yesterday on April 20th, over 9000 people showed up to support cannabis legalisation by staging a peaceful rally and smoke up in Hyde Park.
