In Conversation: Cannabis Events Debrief

Cannabis Events have become vital spaces for enthusiasts, activists, and the curious to unite, discuss, celebrate, and advocate for the legalisation of cannabis. These gatherings provide opportunities for the community to connect, share experiences, and push for societal change. Two such recent events, Product Earth and Paradise Garden Stroke Forefest, have been particularly noteworthy. Product Earth,…

Product Earth Cannabis Expo 2019

Product Earth Expo, now in its 4th year, attracts people from all over the Hemp & Cannabis industry and across the UK, Europe and beyond with people exhibiting from as far away as the United States where many states already have legal access.

About the Expo

The expo this year was split into two arenas which were located in separate conjoined buildings, with one focused on hydroponic gardening and the other on the UK hemp, CBD and Cannabis Industry. There was a central courtyard in the middle of the event with many stalls outside in addition to those filling out the expo rooms.

The Emerald Cup was in attendance partnering with Product Earth to deliver some talks including one by legendary hash maker Frenchi Cannoli.

Also hosted at Product Earth this year was the sixth annual European Functional Flame Off, an event by Danish Headshop Smoking Gear, in which Glass Artists from across the world compete head to head for borosilicate glory.

Win Weekend Passes to Product Earth 2019

We have teamed up with Product Earth to offer two lucky winners the chance to attend the No.1 Hemp Expo in the UK.

Now in it's 4th year, Product Earth is due to take place 23-25th August in Warwickshire, UK. Set up across multiple fields, this year's expo and festival will include a top music line up, food for vegans and non-vegans alike, a seminar area for speakers and exhibition stalls featuring much of the UK cannabis industry.

Spannabis Barcelona 2017

Last weekend ISMOKE travelled to Spain for Spannabis 2017 in Barcelona.

Hailed as the world’s largest Cannabis Expo, Spannabis was a chance for exhibitors and cannabis connoisseurs to come together over a weekend to show off their wares to the European cannabis market and to celebrate cannabis.

Tottenham Cannabis Club Awareness Day July 2016 Write-Up

On Saturday we headed down to Chingford Plains for an event to raise cannabis awareness organised by Tottenham Cannabis Club.

We've had a busy few weeks at ISMOKE with Product Earth, Green Pride and this event, making it three weekends on the trot we've been travelling around the Country - and we've loved every minute of it! This event was promoted through the TTCC Awareness Facebook Page and was put on at the edge of Epping Forest.

The Big Reveal

I've called this VLOG "The Big Reveal" because it's the first time I've filmed myself on camera for a youtube video, completing my "coming out" as a public cannabis activist after being behind the camera for the past 6 years. Also in the video I take you through the last couple of weeks and some…

ISMOKE Interviews Greg de Hoedt, Chairman of the UK Cannabis Social Clubs Movement

A few years ago when we were releasing a monthly magazine Greg de Hoedt, (also known as Cure UK back then) wrote regular features for ISMOKE and formed part of our panel of cannabis experts discussing topics on a monthly basis. Nowadays Greg runs the United Kingdom Cannabis Social Clubs movement, an organised cannabis community that is growing every day. Formed in 2011, the UKCSC aims to unite and give guidance to the various Cannabis social clubs popping up all over the UK in varying forms, some holding smoke-friendly meet-ups for their users.

Green Pride 2016

On Saturday we travelled down to Preston Park in Brighton for Green Pride 2016, an event set up by Brighton Cannabis club and now in its third year. This was our first time at the event, and we will most certainly be heading back next year.

Product Earth Expo 2016: The UK Needs More Events Like This

Going to Product Earth 2016 has shown us the potential of the UK Cannabis community to come together and celebrate the benefits of cannabis. The cannabis expo/festival itself is the result of the hard work of just 6 people (3 internal organisers, 3 external organisers), plus the events staff needed to put everything together. With such low resources, you'd expect some serious limitations, but we found Product Earth was a well-planned and rewarding weekend that gave valuable insight into the UK's Cannabis Industry.
