This artisan-crafted patisserie piece is infused with cannabinoids.
The Trillionaire by Organic Livity Patisserie is a patisserie creation – it is plant based, gluten free and uses dates for sweetness in the sponge layers rather than sugar.
The Trillionaire features 4 layers- layer one is a vanilla and date sponge cake. This is topped by layer 2, chocolate and baobab buttercream, and layer 3 – more of the sponge cake. The forth and final layer is a charcol buttercream topped with cacao nibs, and the result is a delicious culinary creation that looks and tastes fantastic.
The buttercream layers are also infused – one with CBD and one with THC, 30mg each for 60 mg total in the Trillionaire. This is a nice balanced dose of cannabinoids.
I’ll admit I don’t go to fancy restaurants very much, and this was well beyond the sort of dessert I normally eat. It might just have been the nicest sweet thing I’ve ever eaten. And after sampling Sydney’s creations I will certainly be going back for more.

Imagine the texture of fudge (but a bit more melt in your mouth) with the flavour of a sort of white chocolate/vanilla buttercream, and you can start to imagine just how good these tasted.
