  • 1 thinly chopped garlic

Italian dishes are popular around the world. Like CBD oil and mashed potatoes, we love the idea of marrying cannabis with meatballs, too. Pair this flavorful sauce with a bottle of good Italian wine, and you’ve got yourself a lovely night.


  • 7 cups of pulped tomatoes
  • ? cup of minced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons of basil
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano

Use your hands to blend it together. Then round out to medium-sized balls, placing sliced mozzarella into the centre. Once finished, gently place meatballs into the slow cooker with the sauce. 

Cook for two hours. 

Vegan CBD Stir-Fry

This vibrant bowl of colour is a vegan delight. With some enriching ingredients like pumpkin and tofu, why not add a little more protein like shrimp? This simple dish can be ready as quickly as 20 minutes.


  • 1 cup of chopped pumpkin
  • ½ cup of chopped eggplant 
  • 1 cup of green beans
  • 1 cup of tofu
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic 
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of CBD oil
