The Fruit Bowl strain is a fruity bowl full of flavour. Let’s talk about it in a bit more detail.
Background

Yield: Medium-High
Fruit Bowl is an exquisite Indica-dominant hybrid, renowned for its vibrant flavour profile and a THC content that ranges between 17.25% to 20%, making it a delightful choice for those seeking both euphoria and relaxation. This strain masterfully combines the genetics of Purple Maui and Sweet Tooth #3, resulting in a cannabis experience that is as enjoyable as it is effective.
The visual appeal of Fruit Bowl is undeniable, with its rich green nugs and a tantalising coating of trichomes that promise a potent experience. The flavour and aroma are where Fruit Bowl truly shines, offering a tropical paradise in each puff. Mango leads the symphony of tastes, accompanied by notes of tropical fruits, berries, citrus, and a subtle spicy herbal undertone, creating a complex bouquet that entices and satisfies.
Fruit Bowl’s effects are as diverse as its flavour, starting with a wave of euphoria that uplifts the spirit, followed by a tingling sensation that spreads relaxation throughout the body. This strain excels in inducing giggles, relaxation, and a focused calm, making it an ideal companion for late afternoons or evenings when you wish to unwind. Despite its many positives, users should be mindful of potential side effects such as dry mouth, panic attacks, and insomnia.
The Fruit Bowl strain is not only a pleasure to consume but also a joy to grow, offering generous yields under the right conditions. Indoors, it flowers within 63 to 71 days, while outdoor plants are ready for harvest around 78 days. With potential indoor yields of 2 to 3 ounces per square foot and outdoor yields exceeding 25 ounces per plant, Fruit Bowl is as rewarding for the cultivator as it is for the consumer.
In essence, Fruit Bowl is a testament to the artistry of cannabis breeding, offering a sensory delight that appeals to both novice and experienced users alike. Its balance of invigorating effects and a sumptuous flavour profile make it a distinguished choice within the cannabis community.
Appearance
These nugs are tight and dense, with dusty-looking clouded trichomes on the bud giving it a lighter appearance.
Strong green shades on this one, the pistils are bright, orange and visible, but not long or wild-looking.
Smell
Combining the Fruity Pebbles OG with Motiv303 Collective’s Udub gives the Fruit Bowl Strain that fruity and earthy flavour.
Fruit Bowl also has things like Granddaddy Purple and Green Crack in its lineage which add to the flavour profile nicely.
I can smell several different fruits in this strain, combining all the fruity notes into a wonderful scent that smells delicious!
Taste
This smoked nicely through my bong, delivering the fruity flavour I was expecting. It’s a smooth smoking experience, not acrid, and leaving a good mouth feel.
Vaping with my Mighty vaporizer I was treated to blueberry notes creeping in to join things like watermelon, citrus (orange and lemon), grape and other fruits that make up the taste of the Fruit Bowl cannabis Strain.
Effects
This is a hybrid strain, and delivers a quite clear-minded high which I found suited the morning well.
I was not too spangled even after two bowls and a vaporizer, so I’d estimate this batch at less than 20% THC – it would be interesting to see test results on this one.
The high is nice – it comes with both a body high and a mental uplift, leaving me feeling good after smoking and vaping Fruit Bowl.
Fruit Bowl Strain Conclusion
An enjoyable smoke (and vape!), the Fruit Bowl cannabis strain lives up to its name very well in my opinion.
I like the different genetics in the parentage of this one, and it was also well-grown. In fact, this week’s review left me wishing I had more Fruit Bowl to smoke!
