On Saturday Surrey Cannabis Club held their 4th annual protestival in Guildford. This awareness day was held at Stoke Park and was in full view of the public on what turned out to be a warm and sunny Saturday afternoon.
Attending the event were ISMOKE, Hampshire Cannabis Community, East London Cannabis Club, Greg from UKCSC, Winston Matthews, Keep Em Sweet, Nannies Gourmet Edibles, Birmingham Cannabis Club, Tottenham Cannabis Club and lots more.
The day began at 1pm and people continued to arrive all the way up until 4.20. It was a great day for networking and spreading cannabis awareness, and we spoke to people that were amazed to see an event like this happening, which is great because it means that we are beginning to reach a bigger audience.
If that’s not a sign, I don’t know what is – tell your friends and help change their lives for the better by bringing them to a UK Cannabis scene event.
Surrey Cannabis club had obviously done some good promotion for this event because throughout the day it continued to grow and we would guess that there were over 100 attendees throughout the day (we don’t have exact figures)
Overall we had a great time at the Surrey Cannabis Club event. We also got some footage which we hope to upload to the ISMOKE Media youtube channel soon.
Next Weekend, Saturday 1st October we have Basingstoke’s Dank BBQ, so make sure you pop down to that if you can for another afternoon filled with cannabis and good vibes.
